Time: 4/26/12 (not 100% sure on the exact time but Crvzx9 would know)
Reason: For attempting to kill Crvzx9 by asking him to TP than trying to kill him with a lava pit. EmphatiK was posting in /ch trade that he was selling diamonds. Crv who was interested in buying the diamonds agreed on a price than teleported to EmphatiK. EmphatiK was standing over a lava pit Crv was lucky to escape. Crvzx9 made a Modreq about it and warned people in trade of EmphatiK's attempt. When his name came up in trade EmphatiK attempted to say "sorry" and that Crv should just let it go. When I heard about it the next day I asked if it was true and the response I got was that "He could of used shift and not fallen" when I told EmphatiK that he broke the rules and I would report him he went on to harass me in /tell for about 10 minutes with rude and disrespectful language, even going as far as to attempt to start a flame war in trade chat. The picture I have shows him talking about how Crvzx9 could of used shift and so it wasn't his fault for trying to murder him.

As far as i can see on the rules im allowed to insult someone at my base when hes not even there and im in local i didnt know you camped out at my base all day
And that is 2 different days and occasions

Our rules clearly state no swearing, and no harassment. They do NOT say "except for in local chat". You do realize we can see all the chat on the server right?? It doesn't matter to us what channel you are in. The only way we would have possibly let this slide is if it had been in clan chat. Although if a clan member had reported you, it would still have been the same result.

And don't say you didn't know he was there, you were talking directly to him. You obviously knew he was there.

Around 4PM PST I went afk for a bit to go do something for my son, when I came back I found Cowcat13 attempting to push my character up the stairs towards the exit of the spawn area. I "came to" and replied "you aren't very bright, are you?" and proceeded to walk away from him. He followed me and then for twenty minutes bombarded me with invites in rapid succession. I tried to type "/deny" but the instant messeges did not seem to register and they just kept coming in, taking up the whole screen. I did not want to get into a flaming match so I just left. I feel that this is pretty harassing behavior and is not in the spirit of either the game, or Muttsworld. I did submit a mod request but again, I did not want to sit there and "do nothing" or even try to keep on playing because the text takes up a significant part of the screen and really makes gameplay unfun. I am sorry to bug you with "behavior" problems when your time would be better suited to catching actual cheaters. Thank you, regardless of what the outcome.

I think the account was hacked but i can't be sure. And no mods were on either IRC nor survival so i couldn't get anyone to deal with it. There are plenty of people who will probably report this else where too.

Reason: Illegal pvp, he pushed me off my cobble tower in the end when I was trying to get the xp. He was abusing his arrow tp to do so, when it should be disabled. Overall he is a nuisance, always doing bad and acting like he can cover it with money.
Evidence: Wasn't running fraps, but the screenshot shows callous, the tower and me taking damage. It doesn't show complete evidence, but there were prolly witness' too.

That looks more like a graphical glitch more than flying. When reporting someone for flyhacking, it's good to provide several pictures with the person fairly high above the ground area.

Glitches to happen often where it looks like the player is above the ground, below it, or a step away from where they're actually standing.
