What Is The /home Plugin

Im wondering what addon/plugin gives the being able to set a "/home" feature and be able to teleport to it. I don't know anything about adding plugins to servers or what not; but I'm wondering if it would work on a server i made for a friend and I to play on :3

If you don't have any knowhow of plugins then there is no use telling you. <_<
Goto bukkit.org and you will find everything you will ever need for a minecraft server.
