=General rules=

1. No griefing.
2. No hacks or mods that give you an unfair advantage.
3. Advertisement of other servers is a perma-ban.
4. No spam/swearing on global channels.
5. No malicious or 'bad' links.(Ban on staff's discretion)
6. Exploiting glitches/bugs will result in a ban.
7. Admins have final say.

=Building=

1. Type /village to go-to your personal region.
2. Build on open land. Development of land creates claims. Please allow for a small buffer between claims.(40 blocks)
3. Building on claimed land will result in your build being removed by staff.

PvP Server

This may seem like a long list of rules, but they are important! Ignore at your own risk! It’s your responsibility to read these, the punishment for breaking them will be the same whether you have read them or not!

Admins have final say in everything on this server! Do not argue with or insult moderators or admins! This will get you banned!

If you need help, type /modreq. Do not submit multiple modreqs at a time, spamming modreq will result in being banned from using it.

Do NOT ask mods or admins for items. We will ban you!

Chat rules: Breaking these will result in a mute or ban! Don't advertise other servers! Don't spam, use excessive capslock, or swear!

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for racism!!! Permanent global ban every time! Don't use racial slurs or make racist or sexist comments!! No Nazi symbols. (duh)

Use the correct chat channels: Help channel for questions, Trade channel if you want to buy, sell or trade items, and local if you are within 200 blocks of who you are talking to. Using channels incorrectly will result in a warning, and a mute if continued.

Do not harass other players!! Harassment is a serious offense and will result in a ban!

No hacks OF ANY KIND are allowed on this server. Examples include: X-ray, flyhack, speedhack, fighthacks Any mod that gives you an UNFAIR advantage over other players is considered a hack Hacks will result in an instant ban.

This is a PVP server! Griefing and raiding is allowed!

Bases: All loot must be raidable! This mostly applies to people with block protection No covering chests or making them inaccessible in a protected area. If you have chests in your base, it MUST have a legitimate entrance! Your clan members should all know that there is a way into your base( even if they don't know the combo code, etc) If we show up and your clan members say there is no way in, we will accept that as proof and open the base! Bases without a legitimate entrance will be opened by a moderator WITHOUT WARNING and the coordinates announced in global chat!

You are allowed a set number of ore blocks per person 1. Block Limits per person: Diamond-5 Iron- 25 The person who owns the block must be on the region to have blocks there! If you have more than the allowed amount of blocks in your region, they will be broken by a moderator without warning.

Raiding: Block-glitching into a base or chests is cheating! You will have to return all raided loot and face at least a temp ban! Bases have legitimate entrances, use them! It is STRONGLY suggested you record or screenshot your raids. If you can’t tell us how you got into a base, or provide us with proof, it will be considered an illegitimate raid. Setting your home in a base/region other than your own for raiding purposes is NOT allowed and will get you banned! No setting home within 500 blocks of a base, or inside of a protected region.
